    together with Nitrogen Gas

    【Disclosure】

    【Technical Problem】

    1. Molding Technologies for making Cylinder Shapes with Poly
Carbonate Plastics and Other Plastics for Valves to contain the Fire
Suppression Materials of Dry or Wet Fire Suppression Chemicals to
resist the inside pressure of Nitrogen gas of approximate 10kgf/cm2(1
    Mpa, 10 Bars).

    2. Assembling Technologies together with the Plasctic Cylinders and
Nitrogen gas and Fire Suppression Chemicals

    3. Making Eletric Lighting Bulbs(Balls) to resist the outside
pressure of Nitrogen gas of approximate 10kgf/cm2(1 Mpa, 10 Bars).

    【Technical Solution】

    1. Found out the suitable Poly Carbonate Composition Products to
resist the inside pressure of Nitrogen gas to be filled with the Fire
Suppression Materials of Dry or Wet Chemicals(AFFF or Halon)

    2. Fire Suppression Materials are well known and world wide produced.

    3. Poly Carbonate Plastics are now used for Potable Water Containers
worldwide and good enough for visibilities and transparency with the
temperature range of minus 60 centigrade plus 150 centigrades, even
suitable for the use inside fo Microwave Ranges and Elecric Boiling
Ovens with good Sanitary characteristics and very hard to be broken
    for safety of human beings

    4. Now some consumers of Automative Vehicles prefer to filling
Nitrogen gas into their tyre tubes to cool down the heat of abrasion
    for safety reasons.

    5. No other specials technical solutions are needed for making;

1). Transparent and Nude Cylinder for Fire Extinguishes, Poly

5). Sign Boards with Automatic Fire Extinguishers

6). Automotive Tyre Tubes with Automatic Fire Extinguishers

    【Advantageous Effects】

    1. Easy Checks and Maintenances for the status of Fire Extinguishers
as the inside Fire Suppression materials can be seen outside and
visible and nude to check whether they are stiffened or the gas
    inside was outgased or not.

    2. When the fires are occurred nearby, the Cylinders of Poly
Carbonate Plastics will be begun melting or breaking around plus 110
centigrades, and then the inside the Nitrogen gas will diffuse the
Fire Suppression Materials inside automatically or with the help of
the Lead/Alcohol types of melting Switches, which are very popularly
used in Korea or other countries as the Automatically Diffusing Fire
Extinguishers, normally hanging under the ceilings of every Boiler
Room or Kitchen, operating normally at the 72 Centigrade

    3. Without harming or intervening the existing characteristics of
each items of above-mentioned six items, the Fire Suppression
Function can be added without high costs or complicate production
technoloties, and even the additional side effects can be expected
due to the Siliconed Nh4h2Ph4 as these are just like the Nano-glass
    balls.

    【Description of Drawings】

No specific Drawings can be explained, as the currently existing
items can be used in the same or little modified shape for additional
functions of Fire Suppression Materials and Nitrogen gas to be filled
    together.

  • The Life of Fire Extinguishers Pressure Contained

    Posted: Fri, 15 Dec 2006 06:20:28 +0000

The Life of Fire Extinguishers Pressure Contained & Dry Chemicals all over the world…
In structure of Fire Extinguishers there is a top pin to press under by the grips of fire extinguishers which can let the pressurized dry chemicals with Nitrogen gas(normally 7-9kgf/cm2) erupt through the hole inside the valves of fire extinguishers…Originally the Nitrogen gas contains at least 0.3 percent of moisture in its original production and the dry chemicals are covered by silicone in order to prevent moisture penetrating into the dry chemicals. If the dry chemicals touch moisture then the dry chemicals start to cement making ball like clinkers in the cement industries or sand in the beaches.the balls or stiffened dry chemicals are gathering at the outlet of the valves of fire extinguishers and then these ball hinder the sufficient eruption of dry chemicals, even though the dry chemicals are pressurized with Nitrogen gases…
Therefore the life of fire extinguishers all over the world can not exceed two or three years, because of this kind of structural problems of Pressure-contained Fire Extinguishers(Dry Chemical Powder filled)..

moisture penetrating into the dry chemicals. If the dry chemicals touch
moisture then the dry chemicals start to cement making ball like

stiffened dry chemicals are gathering at the outlet of the valves of

    【Disclosure】

    【Technical Problem】

    1.
Molding Technologies for making Cylinder Shapes with Poly Carbonate
Plastics and Other Plastics for Valves to contain the Fire Suppression
Materials of Dry or Wet Fire Suppression Chemicals to resist the inside
pressure of Nitrogen gas of approximate 10kgf/cm2(1 Mpa, 10 Bars).

    2. Assembling Technologies together with the Plasctic Cylinders and Nitrogen gas and Fire Suppression Chemicals

    3.
Making Eletric Lighting Bulbs(Balls) to resist the outside pressure of
Nitrogen gas of approximate 10kgf/cm2(1 Mpa, 10 Bars).

    【Technical Solution】

    1.
Found out the suitable Poly Carbonate Composition Products to resist
the inside pressure of Nitrogen gas to be filled with the Fire
Suppression Materials of Dry or Wet Chemicals(AFFF or Halon)

    2. Fire Suppression Materials are well known and world wide produced.

    3.
Poly Carbonate Plastics are now used for Potable Water Containers
worldwide and good enough for visibilities and transparency with the
temperature range of minus 60 centigrade plus 150 centigrades, even
suitable for the use inside fo Microwave Ranges and Elecric Boiling
Ovens with good Sanitary characteristics and very hard to be broken for
    safety of human beings

    4.
Now some consumers of Automative Vehicles prefer to filling Nitrogen
gas into their tyre tubes to cool down the heat of abrasion for safety
    reasons.

    5. No other specials technical solutions are needed for making;

1). Transparent and Nude Cylinder for Fire Extinguishes, Poly Carbonate or Other Visible Plastics.

2). Plastics Valves for Fire Extinguishers and Sprikler Heads, Transparent or Invisible

3). Lighting Bulbs with Automatic Diffusing Fire Extinguishers

4). Automotive Mist Light Bulbs with Automatic Fire Extinguishers

5). Sign Boards with Automatic Fire Extinguishers

6). Automotive Tyre Tubes with Automatic Fire Extinguishers

    【Advantageous Effects】

    1.
Easy Checks and Maintenances for the status of Fire Extinguishers as
the inside Fire Suppression materials can be seen outside and visible
and nude to check whether they are stiffened or the gas inside was
    outgased or not.

    2.
When the fires are occurred nearby, the Cylinders of Poly Carbonate
Plastics will be begun melting or breaking around plus 110 centigrades,
and then the inside the Nitrogen gas will diffuse the Fire Suppression
Materials inside automatically or with the help of the Lead/Alcohol
types of melting Switches, which are very popularly used in Korea or
other countries as the Automatically Diffusing Fire Extinguishers,
normally hanging under the ceilings of every Boiler Room or Kitchen,
operating normally at the 72 Centigrade

    3.
Without harming or intervening the existing characteristics of each
items of above-mentioned six items, the Fire Suppression Function can
be added without high costs or complicate production technoloties, and
even the additional side effects can be expected due to the Siliconed
Nh4h2Ph4 as these are just like the Nano-glass balls.

    【Description of Drawings】

    No
specific Drawings can be explained, as the currently existing items can
be used in the same or little modified shape for additional functions
of Fire Suppression Materials and Nitrogen gas to be filled together.
